Description

A hearty dish combining seasoned beef, crispy potatoes, and aromatic vegetables, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  5. Stir in the diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, top with sour cream, cheese, or a fried egg. This dish is excellent for meal prep and leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
