Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt (strained/thick)
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heat-treated All-purpose Flour (or Oat Flour)
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- A pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- If you are using all-purpose flour, place it in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in 30-second intervals until it reaches 160°F. This ensures the flour is safe to consume raw. Let it cool completely before moving to the next step.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and the sweetener is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
- Slowly add the heat-treated flour and a pinch of salt to the yogurt mixture. Use a spatula to fold the flour in until a thick, dough-like consistency forms. If the dough is too sticky, add an extra tablespoon of flour.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. Mini chips work best here because they distribute evenly throughout the small bites, ensuring a bit of chocolate in every single mouthful.
- Use a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon to portion out the dough. Roll the portions between your palms to create smooth spheres. Place them on a plate or a parchment-lined tray.
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
