- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- Gummy worms (for decoration)

Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions and bake it in a rectangular pan. Allow the cake to cool completely to ensure a perfect crumble.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Crumble the cooled chocolate cake into small pieces.
- In serving cups, layer the crumbled chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and sprinkle them over the top of the cup.
- Decorate with gummy worms and optional edible grave markers.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
