Description

Delicious and easy gluten-free bagels perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into six equal portions and shape into bagels.
  6. Place on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
