- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the brushed corn on the grill and grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with char marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
For maximum flavor, use fresh corn in season. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or experiment with different types of cheese.
