Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, filling the kitchen with an irresistible aroma.
- Add asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until tender, retaining their vibrant color and crunch.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
