Description

Delicious frozen yogurt protein bites packed with sweet berries and perfect for a guilt-free snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries, taking care not to break them apart too much to keep the texture intact.
  3. Scoop the mixture into small silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spread evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid. Once frozen, remove from molds or break into bite-sized pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

These bites can be enjoyed straight from the freezer and are perfect as a snack or dessert.
