Description

A refreshing and creamy treat made with Greek yogurt and protein powder, perfect for a post-workout snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the mixed berries and nuts or seeds on top, spreading them evenly for balanced flavor in every bite.
  4. Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until solid. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

For creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Can substitute with coconut yogurt for a vegan option.
