Description

Delightful rolls combining caramelized onions and savory beef wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until caramelized, about 10–12 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the caramelized onions to the beef mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each rectangle, top with mozzarella cheese, and roll the dough around the filling, sealing the edges.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
