Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until you have a well-mixed, sticky consistency.
  2. Add in the nuts or seeds and chocolate chips or dried fruit, if using. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
