Description

A delightful holiday dessert that combines the rich, creamy texture of classic cheesecake with the festive flavors of eggnog.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, and nutmeg; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour filling into crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until center is set but jiggly. Let cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing; don’t overbake the cheesecake; let it sit at room temperature for the best flavor and texture.
