- 1 lb ground pork or chicken
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or cauliflower rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the pan over medium heat. Prepare all your ingredients by mincing the garlic and ginger, and slicing the green onions to make the cooking process smoother.
- Add the ground pork or chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
- Once the meat is browned, add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender, then pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Finally, serve over cooked rice or cauliflower rice, making sure to spoon the delicious mixture over the base for a satisfying meal.
