- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cookie sheets by leaving them ungreased.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, ensuring not to overmix.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft. Allow cooling on the cookie sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
