Description

A simple yet delicious casserole packed with creamy cheeses and tender spinach, perfect for family dinners or meal prepping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully integrated.
  3. If using breadcrumbs, stir them into the mixture now.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden brown.
  5. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and egg whites instead of whole eggs. This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
