Description

Ultimate crowd-pleaser dip cups with creamy spinach and artichoke filling, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini phyllo cups or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet or prepare tortilla chips and spoon the mixture into each cup or onto each chip.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool briefly, and serve warm.

Notes

Consider mixing in cooked bacon or shredded chicken for added flavor. For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños. Use Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
