- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini phyllo cups or tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet or prepare tortilla chips and spoon the mixture into each cup or onto each chip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool briefly, and serve warm.
Notes
