Description

Delicious bite-sized spinach and artichoke dip cups, perfect for parties and game days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini phyllo cups or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo cups or onto tortilla chips.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
