Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
