- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or zip-top bag. Reserve some for topping.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Stir in the crushed Oreos.
- Scoop mixture into bite-size balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreos on top before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. They can also be frozen for up to a month.
