- 14 oz firm tofu
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the tofu cubes, cooking until golden brown on all sides (5-7 minutes).
- Pour the glaze over the tofu and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring gently to coat. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve over steamed rice or quinoa and combine with sautéed vegetables or salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
