Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
