Description

Delightful buttery garlic knots made with refrigerated pizza dough, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Tie each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the knots.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for 4-5 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
