Delightful buttery garlic knots made with refrigerated pizza dough, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Tie each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the knots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for 4-5 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
