Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir until a creamy mixture forms.
  3. Take a banana slice, spread the peanut butter mixture on top, and top with another banana slice.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Optional toppings can include shredded coconut or cinnamon.
