Description

Deliciously crunchy turkey fillets served with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 turkey fillets
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg. Dip each turkey fillet into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated turkey fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Serve hot with cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture. Use gluten-free bread crumbs for a gluten-free option.
