Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare your bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom.
- Drizzle the baked salmon with chili crunch sauce.
- Top the rice with sliced cucumber, avocado, and baked salmon.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
