- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
- Toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the tofu in a single layer for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan until combined.
- Drizzle the hot honey glaze over the crispy tofu and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately while the tofu is still warm and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 30 minutes before coating. Adjust hot sauce to taste for the glaze.
