- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season your chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
- Add balsamic vinegar to the same skillet, bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use good-quality balsamic vinegar for the best flavor. Don’t rush the browning process for better depth.
