- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Zest of one orange
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth, then add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
- Add sour cream, cranberries, orange juice, and zest, mixing until combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Serve plain or topped with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh cranberries or chocolate sauce for presentation. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
