Scale
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, and a pinch of salt to create a dry mix.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir vigorously until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips to your dough.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
