Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container to keep fresh.
