- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries or raisins)
- 1 cup oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruits, and oats.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden at the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
