- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup caramel candies
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecan halves on a baking sheet and toast for about 8-10 minutes or until fragrant.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the caramel candies with milk, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- On a wax paper-lined baking sheet, place small clusters of toasted pecans. Pour a spoonful of the melted caramel over each cluster.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments until completely smooth. Drizzle over the caramel-coated pecan clusters and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Refrigerate for up to two weeks, bringing them back to room temperature before serving.
