Description

Quick, nutritious chocolate and peanut butter energy bites packed with protein, perfect for snacks or post-workout treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. The mixture should be sticky and cohesive.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). You can lightly moisten your hands to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy as a post-workout snack or a quick energy boost!

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for a creamier texture without added sugars or oils. Customize sweetness by adjusting honey or using a sugar-free alternative.
