Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
