Description

A warm and creamy delight combining gooey cheese and fresh spinach, perfect for gatherings and movie nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped spinach until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of bread.

Notes

For an elevated experience, top with extra mozzarella before baking for a cheesy crust. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
