Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour the batter onto it. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
