- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top. Swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until center is set. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese. Feel free to experiment with apple varieties and add nuts for extra crunch.
