Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined, then fold in the blueberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
