Description

A delicious Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak featuring tender ribeye steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and melted provolone cheese, served in toasted hoagie rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the griddle for an even coating.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the griddle and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Push the cooked veggies to one side of the griddle and add the thinly sliced steak.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Divide the steak and veggie mixture into four portions and place a slice of provolone on top of each.
  7. Toast the hoagie rolls on the griddle until golden.
  8. Scoop the cheesesteak mixture into the toasted rolls and serve hot.

Notes

For the best results, allow the veggies to caramelize adequately for depth of flavor. You can also customize the cheese used.
