Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef, mixing until well-coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, mix everything well and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate beef in soy sauce before cooking, and consider adding other vegetables for variety.
