- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth to create a marinade. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Add the oyster sauce if using, stir well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
