Description
A quick and easy Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry that combines tender beef and fresh broccoli in a flavorful sauce, perfect for any weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Whisk it until smooth and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Then, toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for approximately 2 minutes until bright green.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir everything together and allow the sauce to thicken for about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry over cooked rice.
Notes
For a healthier option, serve over quinoa instead of rice. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
