Instructions
- Begin by peeling the ripe banana and breaking it into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the banana, oats, protein powder, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve your pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or yogurt.
