Description

Delicious and nutritious pancakes packed with protein, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by peeling the ripe banana and breaking it into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana, oats, protein powder, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Serve your pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or yogurt.
