- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss gently to coat every noodle.
- Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, sauté chopped vegetables before mixing. Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.
