- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Add water to the dry mixture and whisk until you achieve a smooth batter. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with cooking spray, and air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden brown, toss the florets in buffalo sauce and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
