Description

Delightful steak bites infused with garlic butter, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter in a small pan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Toss the cooked steak with garlic butter and optional parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
