Description

Delicious and crispy Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Bowls, featuring juicy shrimp with a crunchy coating and zesty Bang Bang sauce, served over a bed of rice and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Bang Bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip them in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, layer cooked rice, lettuce, shrimp, tomatoes, and green onions. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and top with cilantro. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an appealing presentation, serve layered. Store leftover components separately in airtight containers.
