- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and cook for an additional minute.
- In a separate pot, steam the broccoli and julienned carrot until tender.
- To assemble, divide the cooked rice into bowls, top with teriyaki salmon, steamed vegetables, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
- Enjoy your bowls while they’re hot and fresh.
